Homes that have been originally plumbed with polybutylene
pipe with metal insert fittings as shown below are NOT eligible.
Homes that have polybutylene pipe in the ground
between the street and the home ("yard service") are NOT
eligible. Typical pipe is shown below.
Homes originally plumbed with PB pipe and any of the following systems shown
below are NOT eligible for relief under either class
action settlement.
